What happens at a Design Consultation? During your appointment, we will evaluate your home and scope of work. As a Designer, we discuss options based on your needs, determine Architectural Plans and work with Builders. When should you hire a Designer? Immediately when planning your project, prior to Architectural plans or Demo. Why is this important? Designers have an extensive knowledge of construction and cost analysis. To better plan your project, all finishes must be selected to supply an Architect and Builder. This will shape the direction of your project, ensuring that all the important elements of your project are taken into consideration prior to construction, providing you an accurate scope of work and budget.
